What we collect

When you request a free on-site build — on this site or through a Facebook/Instagram lead form — we collect what you submit: your name, phone number, email, business type, business name and address, and your description of the task you want automated.

How we use it

• To evaluate fit, schedule and perform your free on-site visit, and provide our services.
• To contact you about your request by text, email, or phone.
• To send service documents (e.g., a visit agreement) for electronic signature.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers we use to operate (e.g., cloud hosting, e-signature, scheduling, and messaging providers), or where required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, we may text you about your visit — to send a booking link, confirm a time, or answer a question. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories listed in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics & advertising

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Inspectlet session analytics to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies or collect device information. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and through Meta's ad preferences.

Your choices

• Ask us anytime what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of messages by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

Retention & security

We keep intake information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with access-controlled cloud infrastructure.
